Freeze-dried meals allow to eat substantial dishes.

Vitamins are well preserved during freeze-drying and the weight of meals is ultra-light. For a race in the desert, we have chosen recipes with a high rate of calories for a minimal weight. Recipes have to be rehydrated with cold or hot water. There are some traditional recipes (spaghetti Bolognese, beef or lamb stew, mediterranean pasta and vegetable, tabbouleh, mashed potatoes and chicken, etc.) and recipes from all around the world (chicken tikka, chili con carne…).
