Eat well depending on your activity

How to choose a diet that suits you depending on your outdoor activity? What kind of food is adapted for your daily life? For your job ? We have created in your website a category Activities with food adapted for some sport activities, for style life, and even for jobs. Depending on your needs, you will have to give priority to some criteria (weight, calories, shelf life). Our selections are here to help you in your choice. They are not fixed, and can evolve. You are free to do your own selection with our other categories: freeze-dried food to rehydrate, ready-made meals to heat, self-heating meals, snacks and drinks and even equipment.


Hikers will find different selections depending on the type of hike. Because for a day-long hike and a multi-day hike in mountain or a ski touring, you will not have the same constraints (self-sufficiency, weight, number of meals…) and therefore the same articles.

For sailors, we have also sorted of food for skippers with a desalinisator and for amateur yachtsman.

Greatest sportsmen will find selections for Trail and Ultra-trail, Marathon in self-sufficiency.

For “just in case” situations or which need specific articles to be in self-sufficiency, there are also selection: Polar expeditions, Survival or Bushcraft situations or also when you are in car.
